 Latest Action: Failed to pass by the end of the legislative session on 
Age verification mandate. Relevant features:
- Applies to “website[s] for which it is in the regular course of the trade or business of the entity to create, host, or make available” material harmful to minors.
 - Enforcement: private lawsuits
 - Age verification mechanisms allowed:
- State-issued driver’s license
 - State-issued identification
 - Government identification card
 - Military identification card
 - Credit cards, not including cards that do not require the individual in ownership of the account to be eighteen years of age or older
 - Debit cards, not including cards that do not require the individual in ownership of the account to be eighteen years of age or older
 - Bank account information.
 - Any other means or method that reliably and accurately can determine a user of a covered platform is a minor and prevent access by minors to the content on a covered platform.
