Prohibits discrimination or harassment of individuals based on political affiliation or opinion. Also prohibits politically-motivated interference with a person's economic interests. Political affiliation or opinion is defined as “a person's actual or perceived membership in, support for, opposition to, or expression of a political party, candidate, ideology, viewpoint, or activity protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.”
