Virginia HB 720

Imposes a tax of 10% of gross receipts for all sales, distributions, memberships, subscriptions, performances, and other content amounting to material harmful to minors that is produced, sold, filmed, generated, or otherwise based in Virginia. Only applies to websites where more than 33 and one-third percent of total material on a website that meets the definition of material harmful to minors.
