Colorado HCR26-1002

This bill would amend the state constitution of Colorado to require that distributors of pornographic material verify that recipients of the pornographic material are at least eighteen years old.

It would require the state’s General Assembly to specify the acceptable age verification methods and penalties for noncompliance.
