Kentucky HB 476

Requires use of commercial age verification systems on websites that contain "a substantial portion of material that may be harmful to minors." Allows child or guardian to file a lawsuit for damages, which triggers notification of the state Attorney General, who may then fine the website up to $10,000 "per violation" of the law.
