Makes it illegal to sell internet-capable devices unless they contain software that automatically blocks websites with content that is obscene, illegal, promotes "prostitution", or facilitates human trafficking. The software can only be deactivated if the owner submits a request in writing with ID showing that they are over 18 and pays a $20 fee.
