Tennessee HB 2314 / SB 2481

This law requires adult-oriented establishments in Tennessee to post a sign at every entrance stating that patronizing the establishment "may be contributing to an increase in domestic assault, rape or sexual assault, and human trafficking”.

Retailers that sell or display sexually-oriented materials (print, video, other media) must post a similar sign near each product display that states, "For your information: Production of these materials may contribute to an increase in domestic assault, rape or sexual assault, and human trafficking."
