Outlaws the production, publishing, sale, and commercial distribution of pornography in Arizona. Pornography is defined by the bill as:
any picture, image, graphic image file, film, videotape or other visual depiction that:
(a) taken as a whole:
(i) appeals to the prurient interest in nudity, sex or excretion.
(ii) lacks serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
(b) depicts, describes or represents an actual or simulated sexual act or sexual contact that includes perverted sexual acts or lewd exhibition of genitals with the objective intent to arouse, titillate or gratify the sexual desires of an individual.
The bill would allow anonymous individuals or the state attorney general to bring lawsuits against violators for $10k per day and $10k per violation.
