Missouri HB 3015

MO HB 3015 would codify with Missouri’s existing age verification regulation into law. Like the regulation, it requires websites with more than 1/3 material harmful to minors to verify the age of users using government ID or transactional data. The law is enforced by the state attorney general and violations are punishable by up to $10k per day in fines.
